Lake Mburo National Park
This Park consists of 5 Lakes within its border and takes approximately 4 hours drive from Kampala. The Lake lies between Lake Victoria and the Rwenzori Mountains. Some 350 species of birds are found here together with impalas, eland, zebra, buffalo, water buck, hyena and leopard.
The boat cruise will bring you face to face with the flora and fauna of the Lake. You can also view hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, buffaloes and over 3 types of otters.
Rubanga Forest is another haven to view birds, with over 40 species of birds which are found in the forest.
